You may request a return or refund within 30 days from the date you receive the item(s).
For orders exceeding 30 days, return requests will generally not be accepted (exceptions may apply in special circumstances).
II. Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unopened / Unused Items
Items must remain in brand-new, unused condition.
Original packaging must be intact (including labels, accessories, instruction manuals, etc.).
Eligible for a full refund. - Opened but Unused Items
Items have been opened but not actually used.
Packaging remains substantially intact, with no obvious damage.
Eligible for return, though a restocking fee may apply. - Used Items
Items have been used or show signs of human-induced damage.
Generally not eligible for return or refund.
If the item has a quality defect, please contact Customer Service for assessment and resolution.
III. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
Damage or wear and tear caused by personal use or mishandling.
Items not purchased directly from this website.
Promotional or clearance items explicitly marked as “Non-Returnable.”

Return the Item(s)
Follow the provided instructions to ship the item(s) back to the designated address (see below).
Refund Processing
Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

VI. Shipping Costs
Returns for Non-Quality Issues: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Returns for Quality Issues or Incorrect Items: We will cover the return shipping costs or provide compensation.
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are generally non-refundable.
VII. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
We do not offer cash refunds or transfers to alternative accounts.
The time required for the refund to reach your account depends on your payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).
VIII. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled free of charge prior to shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled; however, it may be processed in accordance with our return policy.
